Yes, you can absolutely use this Y hose adapter for truck and diesel exhaust. The exhaust tailpipe adapters are made from high temperature synthetic rubber. The temperature rating of these adapters is 600° F when used with a fan assisted system.answered on 2021-01-24 13:30:29
