Return and Refund Policy
This return and refund policy governs Exhaust-Away’s acceptance of returns and refunds.
Proof of Purchase
We accept return or exchange of any exhaust hose or accessories with the original purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase. The item to be returned must have a prior Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The item must be in new condition. Any product that is already used will not be accepted. To receive an RGA #, you need to contact us within 30 days of receipt of product. Any product that does not meet these criteria will be denied.

The shipping fees for return freight will be paid by the customer. Any item that is already used by the customer and in a damaged condition will be sent for recycling and is not eligible for a refund. The returned product will be inspected by our team to determine its condition, and the final decision on the refund will be made. Clearance and “AS IS” merchandise is not refundable. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Exhaust-Away warrants its product 100% against manufacturing defects. If you believe the items have a manufacturing error, please contact our customer service team immediately at the phone number or email listed above.
Exhaust-Away reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.
