For stacks up to 11.5”. Fits our 6” hose and WHA-6. Lower portion is silicone for high temperature resistance and protecting the chrome exhaust stack. Our diesel stack adapters are designed for vertical applications. A ½” gap is recommended for proper air flow. They will withstand exhaust temps up to 600°F when used with a proper fan assisted system.

We recommend at least one half inch difference between the ID of the adapter and the OD of the stack to ensure the proper airflow. In this case, that means no more than an 11.5” stack size so that cool, ambient air in flow into the system as well.answered on 2022-02-11 14:35:33
